For the purpose of the national social insurance of the citizens performing business activity in the markets, creations of conditions of payment of insurance premiums, purposes of pensions to insured persons according to the brought insurance premiums of further increase in the sizes of future pensions for the accumulation account of insurance premiums and insurance years of service the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 30.09.2014 No. 560

2. Recommend:

- render local government bodies assistance in implementation of collection of insurance premiums from the citizens performing business activity in the markets, and their payment to bodies of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic by administrations of the markets;

- to administrations of the markets to perform collection of insurance premiums from the citizens performing business activity in the markets and their payment to bodies of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. To social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic together with administrations of the markets to equip places for registration, the personified accounting, certification on social protection and issues of the data containing on the personal insurance account of each citizen performing business activity in the markets.

4. Establish remuneration to administrations of the markets to 3 percent from amount of actually collected insurance premiums confirmed by the bank receipt or the check, the payment order about payment of insurance premiums with submission of the list of citizens with indication of surname, name and middle name, personal identification number.
