About modification and amendments in some regulatory legal acts of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic regulating activities of the microfinancial organizations

For the purpose of ensuring stable and steady activities of the microfinancial organizations and maintenance of their capital base at appropriate level for covering of credit risks, strengthening of reliability and safety of microfinancial system in general, goal achievements of the microfinancial organizations, determined by the Law, and also increases in trust of society to financial credit institutes, in view of growth rates of assets of the microfinance and microcredit companies, according to Articles 7, 31 and 43 Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 2 and 34 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the microfinancial organizations in the Kyrgyz Republic", the Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve changes and amendments in the following regulatory legal acts of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- paragraph two of Item 1 ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic of 09.12.2015 No. 76/9

- the paragraph third Item 1 ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic of 23.12.2015 No. 78/26

- in the Provisional rules of regulation of activities of microfinance companies in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic of February 19, 2003 No. 4/2, it is registered in the Ministry of Justice on March 25, 2003, registration number 29-03 (is attached).
