Bring in part I of the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1996, No. 6, the Art. 80) the following changes:
1. In all text of part I of the Code, except for Articles 73, of 74, of part of 1 Article 78, of Article 79, of the word "Department of Family Support and Children" in different case and numerical forms shall be replaced with words "territorial subdivision of authorized state body on protection of children" in the corresponding cases and numbers.
2. Regarding 1 Article 66 of the word "the legislation on scrap and family" shall be replaced with words "this Code and the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about children".
3. To state the name and part 1 of Article 69 in the following edition:
"Article 69. The state body authorized by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on protection of children
1. Authorized body on protection of children is the state body authorized by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on protection of children and its territorial subdivisions.".
