About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About prohibition of the cabin, transportation, acquisition and sale, procurement and use, export especially valuable (nut and archovy) tree species in the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About prohibition of the cabin, transportation, acquisition and sale, procurement and use, export especially valuable (nut and archovy) tree species in the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2007, No. 2, the Art. 141) the following changes:

1. In the name of the Law "acquisition" to replace the word with the word "acquisitions".

2. In Article 1:

- regarding 1 figure "5" to replace with figure "10";

- regarding 2 words "lands of the state forest fund" shall be replaced with words "the territories of the Kyrgyz Republic".

3. Regarding 2 articles 4 to replace figure "3" with figure "7".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.

To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
