About the state innovative policy and innovative activities

This Law is directed to determination of legal and organizational basis of the state innovative policy and innovative activities.
In this Law the following main terms and their determinations are used:
introduction in civil circulation of products, technology, service, organizational technical solution – making of any transactions which subject are rendering services, right to use provision products, technology, transition to other person of property rights to products, technology, organizational technical solution, including property rights on the results of intellectual activities used during creation of these of products, technology, organizational technical solution;
the venture organization – the organization, one of activities of which is financing of venture projects;
the venture project – the innovative project financed by the venture organization which implementation is connected with the increased risk of innovative activities caused by uncertainty of technological and market perspectives of application of the corresponding innovations;
the state innovative policy – the component of the state social and economic policy representing complex of the organizational, economic and legal measures performed by the state directed to regulation of innovative activities;
innovative activities – activities for transformation of innovation to innovation;
innovative infrastructure – set of the subjects of innovative infrastructure performing material, financial, organizational and methodical, information, consulting and other security of innovative activities;
the innovative project – complex of the works directed to transformation of innovation to innovation;
