3. To executive bodies of the government of the Gornobadakhshansky autonomous region, areas, city of Dushanbe, cities and areas to take necessary measures for allocation of the home parcels of land by the government employee for housing construction.

4. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 30, 2008, No. 272 "About Rules of issue of non-interest loan to government employees for acquisition, construction of housing and improvement of housing conditions" the following changes and amendments:

- in Item 2) shall be replaced with words the words "for 2009" "for 2016 and in the years ahead";

- in Item 3) to replace figure "2009" with figure "2016".
