2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 18, 2011 N 71 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for recalculation of pensions according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 3, 2011 of N UP-4377 "About Increase in the Sizes of the Salary, Pensions, Grants and Social Benefits" (рег. N 2284 of November 30, 2011) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2011, N 48, the Art. 495).
3. This order becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
