About modification and amendments in some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In departure from the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997, the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1149-XIV of July 20, 2000 and the Law on procedure for import to the Republic of Moldova and export from its territory of property physical persons No. 1569-XV of December 20, 2002:
1) till October 31, 2012 inclusive physical resident persons who before entry into force of this law imported on the territory of the Republic of Moldova the vehicles classified by goods item 8703, and the trail cars to them classified by goods item 8716, declared by action according to Article 1841 of the Customs code and part (3) article 10 of the Law on procedure for import into the Republic of Moldova and export from its territory of property by physical persons:
a) have the right to place them under customs regime of import, irrespective of the term of their operation, with payment of import payments; or
b) shall export them from the territory of the Republic of Moldova before the expiration provided according to declaring by action, but no later than November 1, 2012;
2) in case of payment of import payments according to the subitem a) Item 1) the following rates of excise are applied:
