The government DECIDES:
1. In the Instruction about procedure for issue of leaf about medical leave approved by the Order of the Government No. 469 of May 24, 2005. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 77-79, 529), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes:
to add Item 2 after words "Ministry of Health" with the words "and to approve with the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family";
state Item 53 in the following edition:
"53. The procedure for filling, accounting of issue and prolongation of leaf affirms the Ministry of Health, and procedure for filling of leaf - the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family.".
2. To the central public bodies to bring subordinated acts into accord with this resolution within 2 months from the date of its publication.
