About declaration of public usefulness of works of national value on rehabilitation and development of some national highways

Art. 1. - Based on Item d) parts (1) Article 5 and Item a) parts (1) article 6 of the Law on expropriation for the socially useful purposes No. 488-XIV of July 8, 1999 to proclaim public usefulness of works of national value on rehabilitation and development of the highways M2 Chisinau - Forty - border with Ukraine, M3 Chisinau - Chimishliya - Vulkenesht - Dzhyurdzhyulesht - border with Romania and R1 Chisinau - Ungen - Skulen - border with Romania according to feasibility studies.

Art. 2. - The real estate (the earth and structures) which is private property, being under authority of the following cities, villages and communes located along highways is subject to expropriation:

M2 - Sereteny Vek, Kodrul Nou, Brynzeny Noy, Mitok, Ordesha, Rogozhen, Prodenesht, Gindesht, Gura Kamenchy, Chiripkeu, Stoykan, Rakovets, Red-Chereshnovets, Volovitsa, Pokhoarna, Okolina, Zastynka, Rublenitsa, Forty;

M3 - Sagaydak, Koshtangaliya, Gradishte, Ekaterinovka, Chimishliya, Comrat, Vulkenesht, Chumay, Burlechen, Sloboziya Maher, Kyshlitsa-Prut, Dzhyurdzhyulesht;

R1 - Chisinau, Vatra, Kozhushna, Streshen, Sipoten, Bakhmut, Kornesht, Menoilesht, Todiresht, Zagarancha.

Art. 3. - To the government on behalf of the state to take all necessary measures for expropriation of the real estate which is on site carrying out socially useful works of national value according to the engineering design. Payment of compensation for expropriated real estate is performed at the expense of the funds allocated for financing of socially useful works of national value.

Art. 4. - From the date of entry into force of this law to suspend other transactions with the lands and structures which are on them which are subject to expropriation.
