The Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties
for the purpose of control of availability and target use of the military products delivered within the Contract between the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation on development of military and technical cooperation of December 10, 2009 (further - the Agreement), and according to article 9 of the Agreement agreed as follows:
The party delivering military products (the daleepostavlyayushchy Party) within the Agreement, having the right to exercise control of its availability and target use (further - control).
The party on which territory the military products are delivered provides necessary conditions to delivering party for implementation of control by it.
Subject of control are the military products delivered within the Agreement.
The purpose of control is verification of presence and target use of the military products delivered under the contracts signed within the Agreement and also check of observance of the measures of protection of the data connected with delivery of military products and which are the state secret or the state secrets of delivering party.
Authorized bodies of the Parties on implementation of this agreement are:
from the Belarusian Side - the State military-industrial committee of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus;
from the Russian Side - Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation.
