The governments of state members of the Customs union within EurAsEC which are hereinafter referred to as the Party

being guided by Item 5 of article 8 of the Agreement on establishment and application in the Customs union of procedure for transfer and distribution of import customs duties (other duties, taxes and fees having equivalent action) of May 20, 2010 (further - the Agreement of May 20, 2010),

proceeding from mutual interest in ensuring control of timeliness and completeness of receipts of import customs duties (other duties, taxes and fees having equivalent action) in budgets of state members of the Customs union,

for the purpose of realization of provisions of the Agreement of May 20, 2010 and the organization of procedure for exchange of information connected with payment of import customs duties

agreed as follows:

Article 1

In the this Protocol the following terms are used:

"The central customs authorities of state members of the Customs union" State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus, Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Federal Customs Service (Russian Federation).

"Rules of accounting of import customs duties" - the Rules about the single principles of accounting of import customs duties on accrual method approved by the decision of the Commission of the Customs union of December 8, 2010 No. 493.

"Specifications of exchange of information" - the document which determines structure and format of data which the central customs authorities of state members of the Customs union, regulations of exchange, terms and methods of exchange, and also persons responsible for preparation, transfer and receipt of information exchange.
