According to Articles 3 - 7 Laws of Ukraine "About border control", the subitem 3 of item 4 of the Regulations on Administration of the State Border Service of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 06, 2011 No. 399, the subitem 7 of Item 5 of the Actions plan on implementation of the Concept of the integrated management of borders approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 05, 2011 No. 2-r for the purpose of determination of practical actions and policy strokes of actions of staff of the State Border Service of Ukraine for verification of documents of citizens of Ukraine, foreigners and stateless persons during implementation of border control ORDER:

1. Approve the Instruction on the organization and implementation of verification of documents of citizens of Ukraine, the foreigners and stateless persons crossing frontier which is applied.

2. To chiefs of regional governments, bodies of protection of frontier of the State Border Service of Ukraine:

2.1. Organize studying of this Instruction with officers of headquarters of regional governments, staff of bodies and divisions of protection of frontier in the part concerning them.

2.2. At staff which is used in service of border duties at check points through frontier to accept offsettings on knowledge of this Instruction and ability practically it to apply during implementation of verification of documents of citizens of Ukraine, the foreigners and stateless persons crossing frontier.
