1. Reorganize the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The Kazakh research institution of ecology and climate" of the Ministry of environmental protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan by transformation to Zhasyl Lady joint-stock company (further - society) with absolute participation of the state in the authorized capital.

2. Determine the main objects of activity of society:

1) technical and consulting supply of activities of authorized body for coordination and implementation of the Kyoto protocol to the Framework convention of the United Nations on climate change;

2) research activities in the field of climate change and emissions of the greenhouse gases regulated by the Kyoto protocol to the Framework convention of the United Nations on climate change, and the managements of dangerous wastes regulated by the Stockholm convention on resistant organic pollutants, the Basel Convention on the Control of Trans-boundary Movement of Hazardous Wastes and their removal, the Rotterdam convention on the procedure of preliminary reasons for consent concerning separate chemicals and pesticides in international trade, the Vienna convention on protection of ozone layer, the Convention on cross-border air pollution on long distances, the Montreal protocol on the substances destroying ozone layer, the Montreal protocol on the substances destroying ozone layer and the London amendment to it;

3) management of the ownerless dangerous wastes which arrived in republican property by a court decision;

4) realization of the principle of expanded obligations of producers (importers).

3. To provide to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Ministry of environmental protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) approval of the charter of society;
