1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Regulations on the procedure for preparation and issue of allowing documentation on construction of facilities approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 20, 2007 No. 223 "About some measures for enhancement of architectural and construction activities" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 56, 5/24788; 2008, No. 92, 5/27490; 2009, No. 119, 5/29736; 2010, No. 186, 5/32277; 2011, No. 65, 5/33881):
in item 4:
in paragraph one of subitem 4.4 of the word "houses and non-residential constructions" shall be replaced with words "houses and (or) non-residential capital constructions";
in subitem 4.5:
