About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 12, 2007 No. 1497
For the purpose of creating favorable conditions of market development of outdoor advertizing the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in part the second Item 60 of the Regulations on procedure for placement (distribution) in the territory of the Republic of Belarus of outdoor advertizing and its means, advertizing on automotive vehicles, trams, trolleybuses approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 12, 2007 No. 1497 "About implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About advertizing" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 278, 5/26146; 2008, No. 303, 5/28934), following changes:
in the paragraph the second the words "1,4 of basic size (further-BV)" shall be replaced with words "0,6 of basic size (further - BV), and since January 1, 2013 - 1 BV";
in paragraph three of the word "90 BV" shall be replaced with words "40 BV, and since January 1, 2013 - 50 BV".
2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2012.
