state Article 145 in the following edition:
"Article 145. Responsibility of the official of body of Tax Service
1. The official of body of Tax Service guilty of violation of the tax legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic bears responsibility according to the procedure, established by this Code and other legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. The official of body of Tax Service who made the illegal actions and/or failure to act having no right to hold any position in bodies of Tax Service within 3 years after establishment of his fault judicially.
3. The losses caused to the taxpayer as a result of wrongful acts and/or failure to act of officials of the bodies of Tax Service which violated the rights of the taxpayer, and also owing to inadequate implementation by these officials provided by this Code of obligations in relation to taxpayers are subject to compensation according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
