I. General provisions

1. This Provision determines procedure of customs procedures and transactions in case of customs clearance of the goods moved through customs border of the Russian Federation with physical persons for personal, the family, house and other not connected with implementation of business activity needs (further - for private use).

2. In this Provision the following terms are used:

"the goods moved with physical persons in the accompanied baggage" - the goods (except for cars) intended for private use by the physical persons following through frontier of the Russian Federation, and shown to customs authority by physical person or carrier directly in case of entrance of this physical person on customs area of the Russian Federation or its departure from this territory (including in hand luggage);
