LAW OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

About modification of some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic

Accepted by Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic on June 28, 2012

Article 1. Bring in the Forest code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 12, the Art. 534) the following change:

in parts 1 and 3 of Article 11 shall be replaced with words the word of "state" "the Kyrgyz Republic".

Article 2. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About water" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1994, No. 2, the Art. 64) the following change:

Article 4. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the mountain territories of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2002, No. 12, the Art. 502) the following change:

regarding the 2nd Article 24 shall be replaced with words the word of "people" "the Kyrgyz Republic".

Article 5. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
