About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the security market"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the security market" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2009, No. 7, the Art. 761) the following changes and amendments:
1. In Article 3:
in paragraphs the twentieth and twenty sixth "the state body authorized by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words words "regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic";
in the paragraph thirty third shall be replaced with words words of "authorized state body on regulation of the security market" "the Kyrgyz Republic".
2. Regarding 1 Article 4 of the word "authorized state body on regulation of the security market" shall be replaced with words "regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic".
3. In Article 8:
in paragraph three the word "establishes" to replace with the word "develops";
in paragraph four of the word "also accepts" to exclude;
in paragraph six of the word "also claims" to exclude;
in the paragraph the nineteenth the word "claims" to replace with the word "develops".
4. In Article 9:
in paragraph three to replace the word "establish" with the word "develop";
word in paragraph four "papers and to establish" shall be replaced with words "papers and";
in paragraph seven to replace the word "accept" with the word "develop";
in paragraphs eight - the tenth to replace the word "establish" with the word "develop".
5. Regarding the 2nd Article 12 of the word of "regulatory legal acts of authorized state body on regulation of the security market" shall be replaced with words "other regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic".
