1. In Regulations on the Federal Agency for Fishery approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 11, 2008 No. 444 (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 25, Art. 2979; 2012, No. 28, Art. 3900):

a) the paragraph one of Item 8 to state in the following edition:

"8. The Federal Agency for Fishery is headed by the head appointed to position and dismissed by the Government of the Russian Federation on representation of the Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.";
