Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of January 12, 1996 N 8-FZ "About burial and funeral case" (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, N 3, Art. 146; 1997, N 26, Art. 2952; 2000, N 33, Art. 3348; 2003, N 2, Art. 160; 2004, N 35, Art. 3607; 2007, N 1, Art. 26; 2008, N 49, Art. 5736; 2009, N 30, Art. 3739) following changes:

In paragraph five of Item 3 of Article 9 of the word "196 days" shall be replaced with words 1) "154 days";

In paragraph four of Item 2 of Article 10 of the word "196 days" shall be replaced with words 2) "154 days".

Article 2

1. This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

2. Action of provisions of the paragraph of the fifth Item 3 of Article 9 and paragraph of the fourth Item 2 of article 10 of the Federal Law of January 12, 1996 N 8-FZ "About burial and funeral case" (in edition of this Federal Law) extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2012.
