Article 2

On the criminal cases which are in production of body of pretrial investigation or body of inquiry on the date of entry into force of this Federal Law, production of preliminary inquiry terminates in body of pretrial investigation or body of inquiry in which production they were about day of entry into force of this Federal Law.
