About entering of amendment into article 5 of the Law on donorship and blood transfusion No. 241-XVI of November 20, 2008

Art. I. - Article 5 of the Law on donorship and blood transfusion No. 241-XVI of November 20, 2008 (2009, No. 1-2, of the Art. 2) to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with part (21) the following content:
"(21) the Service provider free of charge provides blood and its components to both public, and private medical and sanitary institutions.".
Art. II. - To the government in two-month time from the date of entry into force of this law to bring the regulations into accord with this law.
