Part the fourth Article 81 to state 1) in the following edition:

"4. The objects withdrawn during pre-judicial production, but not recognized by physical evidences, including electronic media of information, and documents are subject to return to persons from whom they were withdrawn, taking into account requirements of Article 6.1 of this Code.";

2) in Article 82:

"5) electronic media of information:
