About modification, amendments and recognition voided some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - The law on additional social protection of some categories of the population No. 121-XV of May 3, 2001 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, No. 51, of the Art. 280), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1. In word preamble "to disabled veterans, participants of World War II and their families." shall be replaced with words "to some categories of the population.".

2. In Article 1 of the word "to disabled veterans and participants of World War II to voynypoluchatel of national pensions and their families." shall be replaced with words "to some categories of the population from among receivers of the pensions or the public social benefits established according to the national legal system, and their families. 3. In Article 2:

add Article with Items 7), 8) and 9) of the following content:

"7) to persons who were involved in fighting in Afghanistan and also in fighting in the territory of other states, from among the military personnel and civilians of the Soviet Army, Navy, the state security agencies, the staff of law-enforcement bodies of the former USSR; to the workers of these categories sent by public authorities of the former USSR to other states and who were involved in fighting in their territory - 100 lei;
