About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - The labor code of the Republic of Moldova No. 154-XV of March 28, 2003 (2003, No. 159-162, of the Art. 648), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Article of 71 following contents:

"Article 71. Prohibition of not declared work

(1) not declared work is prohibited.

(2) not declared work means any work performed by physical person for and under control of the employer without observance of the provisions of this Code relating to the conclusion of the individual employment contract.".

Art. II. - In the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218-XVI of October 24, 2008 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 3-6, of the Art. 15), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1. In Article 55:

to state the name of Article in the following edition:

"Article 55. Violation of the labor law, legislation on health protection and labor safety";

in part (1):

in disposition of the word "about safe engineering and occupational health, other regulations on labor protection" shall be replaced with words "about health protection and labor safety";
