1) Rules of implementation of the state control over drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and precursors in the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Rules);
2) it is excluded;
3) forms of Permissions to transit of products containing drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors.
2. Bring in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan the following change and amendment:
1) in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 15, 1993 N 35 "About additional measures for safety of officials of state governing bodies":
in the Regulations on authorization system in the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
in Items 8 and 12 of the word "narkotikosoderzhashchy" to exclude;
2) ceased to be valid
