1. Add Article 12 with part four of the following content:

"The judge is covered by advanced training every two years, and after its termination to it the certificate is in accordance with the established procedure issued.".

2. The paragraph one of Article 23 to state in the following edition: "within the powers accepts in the production and considers cases in quality of court of the first, cassation and supervising instances on newly discovered facts, and also in case of secondary cancellation of judgments and resolutions - on specific case;".

3. To add part one of Article 39 with paragraphs the seventh and
