About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the state material reserve"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 22, 2006 "About the state material reserve" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2006, No. 12, Art. 540; 2009, No. 5, Art. 322) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 1:

- in paragraphs six and the fourteenth the body realizing policy" respectively shall be replaced with words words of "the body realizing policy" ""authorized state body", "authorized state body";

- the twelfth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"-authorized state body - the executive body of the government authorized by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan for realization of state policy in the field of the state reserve;";

- the thirteenth to exclude the paragraph.

2. In Article 4:

- regarding 1 word "authorized body" shall be replaced with words "authorized state body";

- regarding 2 words" (except for mobilization reserve)" to exclude, "the body realizing policy" shall be replaced with words words "authorized state body";

- regarding 3 words "the body realizing state policy" shall be replaced with words "authorized state body".

3. In Article 8:

- in paragraph one of the word "the bodies authorized and realizing policy" shall be replaced with words "authorized state body";

- add with paragraphs the seventh, eighth and ninth the following content:

"-according to the offer of authorized state body makes the decision on refreshening and replacement of material values of the state reserve;

- determines procedure for cost recovery to the responsible keepers of the state reserve performing storage of material state reserve, including mobilization reserve;

- exercises coordination, control and monitoring of system of the state reserve;".
