About modification of part the second Civil code of the Republic of Tajikistan

Bring in part the second the Civil code of the Republic of Tajikistan accepted by the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 11, 1999 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1999, No. 12, Art. 323; 2002, No. 4, h 1, Art. 170; 2006, No. 4, Art. 194; 2009, No. 12, Art. 821; 2010, No. 7, Art. 540), following changes:
1. Regarding the 2nd Article 607:
- in Item 1) of the word "twenty minimum wage" shall be replaced with words "twenty indicators for calculations";
- 2) to state Item in the following edition:
"2) donator is the physical person and the price of the subject of the agreement exceeds ten indicators for calculations.".
2. Regarding the 2nd Article 616 of the word of "two minimum wages" shall be replaced with words "four indicators for calculations".
3. Regarding 1 Article 828 of the word "ten times the minimum wage which was at least established by the law" shall be replaced with words "twenty indicators for the calculations established by the law".
4. Regarding the 2nd Article 829 of the word of "the fiftyfold minimum wage established by the law" shall be replaced with words "hundred indicators for the calculations established by the law".
5. Regarding the 2nd Article 985 of the word "the amount 50 - the multiple minimum wage established by the law" shall be replaced with words "hundred indicators established by the law for calculations".
6. In item four of part 2 of Article 1102 of the word of "the fivefold minimum wage established by the law" shall be replaced with words "ten indicators established by the law for calculations".
7. Regarding the 2nd Article 1103 of the word of "the fivefold minimum wage established by the law" shall be replaced with words "ten indicators established by the law for calculations".
8. In the name and part 2 of Article 1107 of the word of "minimum wage" shall be replaced with words "indicator for calculations".
