About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About state regulation of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products"

1. In Article 3 part one:
- exclude paragraphs of the first, third and seventh;
- in paragraph five of the word "specifications" shall be replaced with words "technical regulations";
2. In Article 4 part one:
- the paragraph one to state in the following edition:
"licensing of activities for production and turnover of ethyl alcohol according to the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan;";
- exclude paragraphs two and the fourth;
- word in paragraph five "technical" shall be replaced with words condition "technical regulations";
3. Exclude from the name, the first and second parts of Article 5 of the word "and alcohol-containing".
4. In Article 6 part one:
