About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About renewable energy resources"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About renewable energy resources" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2008, No. 10, the Art. 1111) the following changes and amendment:

"-establishments of deadline of payback of projects on use of RES no more than 8 years.".

2. In Article 12:

"-all electric power developed with use of RES, not consumed by the owner of installation for own needs and which is not realized to other consumers on contractual basis shall be acquired by the largest distribution electric utility company in that administrative-territorial education in which installation on use of RES is located irrespective of to what networks of electric utility company this installation on use of RES is connected;";

- add Article with paragraphs of the following content:

"-for project payback period the electricity tariff, developed with use of RES, is established by multiplication of the maximum rate for final consumers for the corresponding coefficient determined by the paragraph the ninth this Article;

- coefficients to the maximum electricity tariff for the final consumer by each type of RES for payback period are established in the following sizes:

for the installations using energy of water, the coefficient is equal to 2,1;

for the installations using energy of the sun, the coefficient is equal to 6,0;

for the installations using energy of biomass, the coefficient is equal to 2,75;

for the installations using wind energy, the coefficient is equal to 2,5;
