Article 1. Bring in part of 1 Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1996, No. 6, the Art. 80) the following amendment:
Item 3 of article 356 after the words "and circumstances impreventable under existing conditions" to add with words "(force majeure)".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
