1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About procedure for appointment and dismissal of heads of the state higher educational institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic, except for heads of the state higher educational institutions having the status No. 148, "national" from March 5, 2009, the following change and amendment:

- in paragraph one of Item 6 of the Regulations on procedure for appointment and dismissal of heads of the state higher educational institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic, except for heads of the state higher educational institutions having the status "national", approved by the specified resolution:

replace figures "70" with figures "65";

add with the offer the second the following content:

"On representation of the academic council of higher educational institution the founder (founders) has the right to extend the term of continuance in office of the rector before achievement of age of 70 years by it.".

2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of social and humanitarian development of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
