Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for completion of construction of apartment houses in Cowell, Luhansk, Khmelnytskyi and Zhytomyr

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of use of the means provided in the government budget for completion of construction of apartment houses in Cowell, Luhansk, Khmelnytskyi and Zhytomyr (further - budgetary funds).

2. The main manager of budgetary funds and the executive in charge of the budget program is the Ministry of Regional Development.

Managers of budgetary funds of the lowest level and receivers of budgetary funds are determined by the main manager of budgetary funds.

3. Budgetary funds are allocated for completion of construction of apartment houses:

on Ulitsa Vatutina, 70b, in Cowell - of 7 360 thousand hryvnias;

on Ulitsa General Lashin, 186, in Luhansk - of 14 720 thousand;

on Ulitsa Gastello, 15, in. Khmelnytsky - of 7 600 thousand hryvnias;

on Ulitsa Shchorsa, 155, in Zhytomyr - of 4000 thousand hryvnias.

4. Purchase of goods, works and services at the expense of budgetary funds is performed in the procedure established by the law.
