Some questions of use in 2012 of means in the field of consumer protection, standardization, metrology, certification, confirmation of conformity and quality management

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. To the Ministry of Finance transfer in 2012 remaining balance of budgetary funds in the amount to 125730 thousand hryvnias which arrived during last periods in special fund of the government budget from the European Union as the first tranche under the Agreement on financing of the "Assistance to Mutual Trade by Elimination of Technical Barriers in Trade between Ukraine and the European Union" program, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade for implementation of measures for consumer protection, standardization, metrology, certification, confirmation of conformity and quality management.

To perform transfer of budgetary funds in development expense limits.

2. Provide:

1) to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade - approval of transfer of the budgetary funds specified in Item 1 of this resolution of Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning the budget;

2) after the specified approval:

To the Ministry of Finance - determination of the budget program and entering of corresponding changes into list of the government budget;

To the public treasurer service - transfer to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of budgetary funds.

3. Bring in the Procedure use of the means provided in the government budget for implementation of measures for consumer protection, standardization, metrology, certification, confirmation of conformity and quality management, No. 888 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 29, 2010 "Questions of agreement performance of financing of the "Assistance to Mutual Trade by Elimination of Technical Barriers in Trade between Ukraine and the European Union" program (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 74, Art. 2631; 2011, No. 47, Art. 1911), such changes:

add Item 3 with paragraphs of such content:

"creation of national information system of market supervision and system of the operational mutual notice on products which constitute serious risk;
