According to the Law of Ukraine of March 22, 2012 to No. 4617-VI "About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors" and for the purpose of establishment of requirements to the objects and rooms intended for implementation of activities for the address of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors by physical persons - entrepreneurs who have the license for carrying out medical or veterinary practice, I ORDER:
1. Bring in Requirements to the objects and rooms intended for implementation of activities for the address of drugs, psychotropic substances, precursors and storage of such means and substances approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of May 15, 2009 No. 216, withdrawn from illegal circulation registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 12, 2009 for No. 759/16775, such changes:
1.1. Subitem 2.1.4 of Item 2.1 of the Section ІІ:
1.1.1. After the words "in laboratories of quality control" to add with words "; at physical persons entrepreneurs who have the license for carrying out medical or veterinary practice".
1.1.2. Add with the paragraph the second such content:
"Rooms of institutions of veterinary medicine (clinics, hospitals, Items) and rooms of the physical persons entrepreneurs having the license for carrying out veterinary practice which are used for storage and use of veterinary medicines which contain psychotropic substances of lists of 2 tables in the structure ІІ and ІІІ the List (provided that the total quantity of active ingredient does not exceed 10 g) shall meet the requirements provided by subitem 2.1.6 of this Item".
