About introduction of amendments to the order of State Customs Service of Ukraine of 15.02.2011 N 107

For the purpose of enhancement of departmental qualifiers concerning customs statistics which are used in the course of execution of customs declarations I ORDER:

1. Make changes to the order of State Customs Service of Ukraine of 15.02.2011 N 107 "About approval of departmental qualifiers concerning customs statistics which are used in the course of execution of customs declarations, and procedure for their maintaining" having added it with the Qualifier of types of receipts of the budget which are controlled by customs authorities it (is applied).

2. Make changes to the Procedure for maintaining departmental qualifiers concerning customs statistics which are used in the course of execution of customs declarations, approved by the order of State Customs Service of Ukraine of 15.02.2011 N 107 having excluded the paragraph the fourth subitem 2.1.2. Item 2.1. Section 2.

3. To heads of customs to bring this order to the attention of subjects of managing.

4. To department of customs information technologies and statistics (Yurchenko K. G.) finish the corresponding software before entry into force of this order.

5. Determine that this order becomes effective since July 14, 2012.
