2. Declare invalid the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of June 13, 2012 No. 290 "About refunding rate of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 70, 8/26008).
3. This resolution becomes effective since July 18, 2012.
