About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of production and the address of alcohol ethyl, cognac and fruit, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products" concerning functions of authorized body

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of production and the address of alcohol ethyl, cognac and fruit, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1995 No. 46, Art. 345 with subsequent changes) such changes:

1. Third of Article 16 to replace part with two parts of the following content:

"Subjects of managing which obtained the licenses provided by this Law give to the executive body authorized by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to grant such licenses, monthly to the 10th day of the next month the report on production volumes and/or addresses (including import and export) alcohol, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products, in the form established by this body.

Control of payment of annual payment for licenses is exercised by the executive body authorized by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to grant licenses for production or import, export of alcohol, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products, wholesale trade by alcohol, wholesale and retail trade by alcoholic beverages and tobacco products. For control the subject of managing submits to the specified body the copy of the payment order with mark of bank about payment".

2. The second Article 17 to add part with the paragraph the eighteenth the following content:

"not giving or untimely submission of the report or submission of the report with false information on production volumes and/or addresses (including import and export) the alcohol, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products in executive body authorized by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to grant the corresponding licenses - in the amount of 1700 hryvnias".
