About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About waste"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About waste" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1998 No. 36-37, of Art. 242; 2002 No. 31, Art. 214; 2010 No. 10, Art. 107; 2011 No. 23, Art. 160) following changes:

to add part one of Article 18 with the Item "p" of such content:

"o) approval of requirements to systems of the address with waste";

to add part one of Article 23 with the Item "with" of such content:

"c) development and deployment of systems of the address with waste";

to add the Item "g" of part one of Article 31 with words "systems of collection, removal, neutralization, waste recycling which are formed in the course of medical attendance, veterinary practice, the related pilot works".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
