About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 8, 1997 No. 837

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for conducting the individual (personified) accounting of insured persons in system of the national social insurance the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in Rules of the individual (personified) accounting of insured persons in system of the national social insurance, the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of July 8, 1997 No. 837 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 83, 5/29527; 2010, No. 82, 5/31561; 2011, No. 91, 5/34266), following changes:

1.1. in part three of Item 10 of the word "it is filled and is represented" shall be replaced with words "it can be filled and represented";

1.2. in part four of Item 16 of the word "10 days" shall be replaced with words "5 working days";

1.3. appendix 3 to these Rules to be reworded as follows (is applied).

2. To Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection till January 1, 2014:

provide establishment of the control system behind the amount of the paid compulsory insurance premiums on each insured person;

take other measures for implementation of this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication, except for subitem 1.3 of Item 1, becoming effective since January 1, 2014.
