Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 29, 1992 No. 241 "About approval of the Regulations on the Department of Internal Affairs on transport of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus";

subitem 2.4 of Item 2 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 31, 1994 No. 44 "About recognition invalid and change of some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Belarus concerning fire safety" (the joint venture of the Republic of Belarus, 1994, No. 4, the Art. 38);

subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 9, 2011 No. 1663 "About modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 142, 5/34918).

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
