The subitem "b" of Item 34 of the Regulations on structure of Sections of the project documentation and requirements to their content approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 16, 2008 N 87 "About structure of Sections of the project documentation and requirements to their content" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, N 8, Art. 744; 2009, N 21, Art. 2576; N 52, of Art. 6574; 2010, N 16, Art. 1920; N 51, of Art. 6937; 2011, N 8, the Art. 1118) to state in the following edition:

"b) the basic data and conditions for preparation of the project documentation on linear object specified in the subitem "b" of Item 10 of this provision, except for paragraphs of the fifth, tenth and twelfth, and also details of documentation on the layout of the territory (the site planning of the territory and the boundary-setting plan) approved in accordance with the established procedure or (till December 31, 2012) the basic data and conditions containing in the development plan for a land plot;".
