About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning providing the rights of disabled people

Changes which are made to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning providing the rights of disabled people

1. In the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 2007 No. 950 (Of_ts_yny of v_snikukra§na, 2007 No. 54, Art. 2180; 2011 No. 88, Art. 3199):

Item 7 § 33 to add 1) with the paragraph of such content:

"By preparation of the draft of the act of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on questions which concern the rights of disabled people such draft of the act without fail goes to All-Ukrainian public organizations of disabled people, their unions according to authorized activities.";

2) Item 9 of appendix 4 (to Item 1 § to add 50) after words of "the All-Ukrainian Unions of the organizations of employers" with words "if the draft of the act concerns the rights of disabled people, - All-Ukrainian public organizations of disabled people, their unions";

3) the last paragraph of Item 1 of appendix 8 (to § to add 53) after words of "the All-Ukrainian Unions of the organizations of employers" with words "if the draft of the act concerns the rights of disabled people, - All-Ukrainian public organizations of disabled people, their unions".
