Bring in the Procedure of appointment procedure of conformity assessment bodies of products, processes and services to requirements of technical regulations approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 24, 2007 No. 59 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 6, the Art. 223), such changes:
add Item 2 with subitem 5-1 of such content:
"5-1) it are accredited by national authority of Ukraine on accreditation, and in case when the national authority of Ukraine on accreditation does not perform accreditation of the corresponding types of activity on assessment of conformity, - national authority on accreditation of other state;"; in the text of the Procedure to replace the word "Gospotrebstandart" in all cases with the word of Ministry of Economic Development.
