The list of additional components to the agreement price.
2. Recognize to invalid:
the order of the State Customs Service of Ukraine of May 29, 2009 No. 506 "About approval of form of the decision on determination of customs value of goods, the Procedure for its filling and the Qualifier of additional components to the agreement price", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 18, 2009 for No. 534/16550;
Item 1 of the order of the State Customs Service of Ukraine of March 30, 2011 No. 261 "About modification of some regulatory legal acts of State Customs Service", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 7, 2011 for No. 684/19422.
3. (Chmeruk M. O.) and to Department of customs payments of the State Customs Service of Ukraine (Gil S. P.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:
submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgation of this order.
