About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of Ukraine for family, youth and sport and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of September 07, 2009 N 3131/386
According to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of December 9, 2010 N 1085 "About optimization of system of the central executive bodies", Item 1 and the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 6, 2011 N 389, and for the purpose of reduction in compliance with requirements of the legislation we ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Ukraine for family, youth and sport and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of September 7, 2009 N 3131/386 "About approval of the Instruction concerning order of interaction of managements (departments) for family, youth and sport, services for children, the centers of social services for family, children and youth and the relevant divisions of law-enforcement bodies concerning implementation of actions for the prevention of violence in family", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 30, 2009 for N 917/16933, such changes:
1.1. In the title and Item 1 of the order of the word of "managements (departments) for family, youth and sport" shall be replaced with words "the structural divisions responsible for realization of state policy concerning the prevention of violence in family".
1.2. In Item 2 of the word to "The ministry of cases of youth, family and gender policy of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, managements (departments) for family, youth and sport" shall be replaced with words "To the Ministry of Education and Science, youth and sport of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, to the structural divisions responsible for realization of state policy concerning the prevention of violence in family".
