According to Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for implementation of financial support of subjects of managing of agro-industrial complex via the mechanism of reduction in cost of the credits and compensation of leasing payments, the approved resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 11, 2010 No. 794 (with changes), and for the purpose of efficiency analysis of use of budgetary funds I ORDER:
1. Approve such forms which are applied:
1.1. Bids for receipt of the right to partial compensation of interest rate for the attracted loans (loans).
1.2. Certificates of receipt of the right to partial compensation of interest rate for the attracted loans (loans) at the expense of means of the government budget.
1.3. Register of document registration of participants of tender concerning determination of the list of the companies borrowers of agro-industrial complex for implementation of financial support via the mechanism of reduction in cost of the credits (loans) at the expense of means of the government budget.
1.4. The register of the companies borrowers which have the right to compensation of interest rate for short-term, medium-term, long-term loans (loans).
1.5. The register of the companies borrowers which have the right to compensation of interest rate for short-term, medium-term, long-term loans (loans) and the amounts of actually paid interests for use of them.
1.6. Information on use of the budgetary funds allocated for repayment of the accounts payable registered in bodies of the Public treasurer service by condition for January 01, 2012 on the attracted loans by the companies borrowers.
1.7. Information on use of budgetary funds for implementation of compensation of interest rate for the short, average and long-term loans (loans) attracted in the current year.
